How – by liaising with students and staff, listening to problems and relaying them and collaborating with staff to find workable solutions.
What – I’m an active participant in student liaison meetings from cluster meetings for relevant departments to Academic board meetings. I collate questions and issues from students to take to meetings and I relay minutes from meetings to the students.
