As a socially engaged community artist my work focuses on bringing out the best of local talents. I nurture and support creatives in their local area so that they can move on to running their own projects. I design community art projects that can be accessed by as many people as possible so they generally have a presence on the internet through a website and sometimes Twitter bots. Online community projects feature the community as much as possible and again, focus on showing off local talent. My community artwork is not about me, it is about the community I’m working with.
